  • Loads AFE data for Project Engineering to support Drilling, Completions, and Facilities and runs reports.
  • Creates Report Centers in support of Project Engineering & Finance.
  • Coordinates with Prospect Development and Project Inventory timing of AFE submission.
  • Validates AFE submission against current forecasted estimates.
  • Coordinates with Land partner AFE's, if applicable.
  • Tracks AFE submissions and approvals, creates supplements when required.
  • Able to understand and apply process learnings for improvement opportunities.
  • Compiles complex reports detailing activity for reporting to Project Engineering and Finance.
  • Researches and works independently on projects.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently across Project Engineering, Prospect Development, Land, Division Order, Finance, and Master Data.
Requires solid Excel based knowledge.
Requires ERP experience, Oracle ERP experience a plus.
Project Cost Control experience a plus.
