Cybersecurity Global Head of Sales

We are looking for a Global Head of Sales with vast experience in sales and business development in the software sales industry.  Candidate must be driven, has an entrepreneurial mindset and has proven track record in establishing partnerships with clients and partners in the software industry. 
·         Responsible for generating global revenue from EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific markets
·         Well versed in GDPR, PCI and other data protection regulation globally
·         Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the global sales team
·         Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results as per set quarterly and annual revenue targets
·         Continual training and development of all members of the sales team
·         Working on account management plans
·         Identify key areas for improvements in the sales process
·         Identify market opportunities for new business
·         Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
·         Acting as a spokesperson for the organisation at sales events and conferences
Management responsibilities:
·         Accountable for monthly Sales P&L, performance against budget and reporting on variances
·         Participate as a member of the management team and continue to shape growth strategy both regionally and globally
·         Provide strong leadership and strategic guidance in development of Ground Labs’ commercial interests
·         Be committed and passionate to inspire sales team members to achieve best results
·         Proven track record in successfully managing sales teams in software industry, globally
·         Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets and driving global sales growth
·         Established network of clients and partners in the software industry
·         Strong leadership skills
·         Role requires frequent travels globally
